Overnight guests

While there are no particular limits on having a visitor during the day, if your guest stays later than 12 midnight, it is treated as an "overnight guest".

When having a friend or family member stay overnight, you must inform Oakhouse in advance.

For rooms with a maximum capacity of 2 or more, you can have a guest stay overnight up to 3 nights in a month for free.

From the 4th overnight stay in a month, the following additional fee applies.

(Some houses may not allow any overnight stays, or may have a different fee.)

For initial contracts starting before August 31st 2018	¥10,000 from 4th overnight stay
For initial contracts starting after September 1st 2018	¥20,000 from 4th overnight stay
