I want someone to move in with me

Every room has a maximum occupancy. You can check it from the "room information" on the house page on the website.

Process

Let us know when the 2nd person will move in, as well as their personal information (name, gender, date of birth).

The house manager will visit your room and hand over a 2-person contract as well as the key. (The 2nd person must be present.)

Additional fees

If your initial contract starts before August 31st 2018	¥10,000 per month
If you initial contract starts after September 1st 2018	¥20,000 per month

*Fees may differ at some houses. Please check the "room information" on the house page on the website.

*If the number of days in the month in which the 2nd person begins living in the room plus overnight stays is 3 days or less, the additional fees will be charged from the following month.
