Move-out application rules

If you would like to move out, you must make a move-out application at least 1 month prior to your desired move-out date (or 2 weeks before if you are in a dormitory).

You can set your move-out date freely; however, 1 month of rent will be charged from the day you make the move-out application, regardless of when you move out. (At least 1 month from move-out application date, or 2 weeks in case of dormitory).

If you cancel your move-out application, 1 month of rent (or 2 weeks in case of dormitory) will be charged from the day you make another application.
