What are the requirements for moving in?

All residents are subject to a personal inspection screening according to Oakhouse's own rules.

Age

Over 18 (minors must present a signed agreement from their parent or guardian.)

Required documents

Photo Identification (driver's license, passport, etc.) (If you do not have a photo ID, present 2 forms of ID)

Occupation

There are no move-in restrictions related to your employment status.

Visa

There are no move-in restrictions related to your visa type.

Children

Those with children under age 18 cannot move in to a share house. Please see apartments for families here.
