Initial fees depend on when your contract will start. (Please see details from here)
Contract starts between the 1st and 20th of the month
Contract fee + 1st month of rent calculated daily
Contract starts between the 21st and 31st of the month
Contract fee + 1st month of the rent calculated daily + 2nd month of rent
Daily calculated rent
Monthly rent (rent + condo fee) ÷ Days in that month × Number of days from contract start to end of the month
