Can it be that a person who tested positive is staying in a Share House without being properly isolated?

If the health authorities decide that somebody can stay at home and if we are unable to secure a private apartment for them, we may ask them to stay in a Share House. In this case, we ask them that they refrain from using the common areas, except for the toilets and showers.
