Can an infected person be evicted if the reason for their infection was alcohol consumption or lack of self-care? I am worried about future cases.

We cannot restrict or control the behaviour of each tenant. However, if the behaviour is objectively disruptive, we will issue a warning and, depending on the circumstances, this may lead to a cancellation of the contract with Oakhouse.
